I always had a passion for baking. Since I was 4, I enjoyed baking bread, cookies and pies with family members.
I started baking by myself and realized there was a science behind it. I learned to bake by reading books, watching videos on YouTube and trying new recipes. My dream was to start my own business.
In 2022, I created Pastry Smiles. I chose the name because I smile when I eat pastries, and I am hoping you will do the same.
Using high quality ingredients, I create tasty pastries and treats that everyone can enjoy. I'm hoping that sharing my passion for baking with you will put a smile on your face.
